Your New Role:

As the HVAC Lead Installer at Dustin's Mechanical, you're the backbone of our project team, deftly handling a variety of installations, from straightforward split systems to complex ductless splits. Your day-to-day is a showcase of skill, ranging from basic unit installations and startups to the meticulous art of duct sealing and air balancing. With a minimum of three years in the field, you'll display your seasoned expertise in every retrofit and replacement, ensuring each project is executed flawlessly and stands as a testament to your technical prowess.

• Minimum 3 years of installation field experience

• EPA certification
• Clean driver's license
• Able to pass Background Check and Drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be fluent in English
