Your New Role

We’re looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Oklahoma City, OK, to take charge of commercial new construction HVAC installation projects. In this role, you will:

• Manage installations from start to finish

• Read and interpret blueprints and job plans

• Assign and oversee crew tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Coordinate delivery and staging of equipment and materials

• Work directly with project managers, contractors, and internal teams

• Represent the company with professionalism on every job site

• HVAC Journeyman License

• 6 to 10 years of commercial new construction HVAC installation experience

• Proven ability to read blueprints and manage project timelines
