Your New Role: 

As an HVAC Lead Installer at K Lund Mechanical, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring top-quality installations and service. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Upholding Core Values: Embrace honesty, quality, and integrity in every task.
• Supervising and Training: Guide and oversee apprentices, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Ensuring Quality Work: Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain our high standards.
• Maintaining Vehicles: Keep company vehicles clean and in optimal condition.
• Design and Installation: Handle ducting and gas line design and installation, and install residential HVAC systems.
• Managing Time and Profitability: Complete projects on schedule while maximizing profitability.
• Taking Ownership: Be accountable for all tasks and ensure all jobs are fully completed, including necessary paperwork.

• Possess valid certifications from RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
• Experienced in the HVAC industry (Ideally, 6-10 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation)
• Residential new construction HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
