Your New Role

• Lead with Integrity: Set the tone with honesty, quality, and integrity on every job site

• Mentor and Supervise: Guide apprentices and junior technicians to raise the next generation of skilled professionals

• Ensure Excellence: Keep high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in every project

• Manage Equipment: Oversee vehicle upkeep, ensuring they’re well-maintained and ready

• Design & Install Systems: Oversee HVAC installations, from ducting to gas line setup in residential new builds

• Deliver Projects on Time: Complete installations efficiently, maximizing time and profitability

• Certifications: RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) and EPA certification required

• Experience: 4+ years in HVAC installation, specifically in residential new construction

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
