Responsibilities

  • Uphold KLM Core Values: Embrace honesty, quality, and integrity in every task.
  • Supervise Apprentice and Pre-Apprentice Duties: Guide and oversee junior team members.
  • Provide Training: Share knowledge and skills with apprentices and pre-apprentices.
  • Learn and Adapt: Continuously improve through collaboration and experience.
  • Ensure Quality Work: Pay meticulous attention to detail for top-notch results.
  • Maintain Company Vehicles: Keep vehicles tidy and in optimal condition.
  • Take Ownership: Be accountable for all tasks completed on assigned jobs.
  • Perform Quality Checks: Ensure all work meets company standards.
  • Timely Completion: Manage time effectively to finish projects on schedule.
  • Profitability: Strive to maximize job profitability.
  • Completion Accountability: Ensure all jobs are fully finished, including necessary paperwork.
  • Ducting Design and Installation: Design and install ducting systems for optimal performance.
  • Gas Line Design and Installation: Size and install gas lines accurately and safely.
  • Residential HVAC: Competent in installing residential HVAC systems.
  • Comprehensive Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of the HVAC lead installer role.

Job requirements

  • Possess valid certifications from RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
  • Experienced in the HVAC industry (Ideally, 6-10 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
