Your New Role

- Mentor and Supervise: Guide apprentices and junior technicians to raise the next generation of skilled professionals
- Ensure Excellence: Keep high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in every project
- Manage Equipment: Oversee vehicle upkeep, ensuring they’re well-maintained and ready
- Design & Install Systems: Oversee HVAC installations, from ducting to gas line setup in residential new builds
- Deliver Projects on Time: Complete installations efficiently, maximizing time and profitability

Job requirements
- Certifications: RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) and EPA certification required
- Experience: 6-10 years in HVAC installation, specifically in residential new construction
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
