Your New Role
- Lead installations of various HVAC systems, including furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, humidifiers, and ductless splits for both residential and commercial clients
- Mentor and guide apprentice installers, fostering a high standard of skill and professionalism within the team
- Uphold rigorous installation standards and ensure client satisfaction with every project

Job requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide apprentice installers.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong customer service focus and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
