And now, we're looking for driven, high-caliber HVAC Lead Installers to join our team in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Your New Role:

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll take charge of high-quality installations of a wide range of HVAC systems including furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, humidifiers, ductless splits, and more in both residential and commercial markets. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring apprentice installers and ensuring that every installation is executed with precision. Your top-notch skills and leadership will leave a lasting impact on every client you serve.

• You have 3+ years of HVAC installation experience and you know your way around furnaces, heat pumps, rooftop units, and more.

• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
