Pay

• $25.00-$40.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in new construction and retrofit jobs including ductwork, flues, gas lines, furnaces, and air conditioners.
• Provide frequent training to crew members. Help them get the job done and grow.
• Communicate, delegate, and follow up with crew members, managers, builders, etc.
• Track and maintain company tools, trucks, and trailer stock.
• Report job progress and needs using mobile devices and software.

• Must understand how an entire HVAC system operates and employ best installation practices
• Must have strong leadership, organization, time-management, and communication skills
• Must present self in a professional, punctual, and friendly manner towards coworkers, clients, managers, and vendors
• Must be able to commute to job locations along the Wasatch Front
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
