Your New Role

This role requires in-person work at various residential and commercial job sites within a 30-mile radius of our Vancouver, WA office. You'll begin your day at the shop, gather necessary materials, and travel to job sites to complete high-quality installations. Expect a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities to apply your skills and leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure top-tier installations.

• Prepare work sites, manage materials, and coordinate logistics for each project.

• Lead and supervise team members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

• Navigate and solve challenges that come with complex installations.

• Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC installation.

• Certifications: EPA License & Brazing Certification required.

• Skills: Leadership, troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and installation expertise.

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate a company vehicle.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Background Check & Drug Test: Required before hiring.
