Your New Role:

As our new HVAC Lead Installer, you'll spearhead our installation projects, managing everything from equipment sales to creating material lists for installations. With the assistance of an experienced apprentice, you will ensure that every installation meets our high standards and passes inspection seamlessly. This role isn't just about installations; it's about leading and inspiring your team, selling top-notch air conditioning systems, and making sure everything ticks like a well-oiled machine.

This Job Is for You If:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience and possess an EPA certification.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working directly with customers and guiding team members.

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC installation - residential or commercial 
• EPA certification required
• Must possess their own set of tools necessary for HVAC installation and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to sell air conditioning equipment and lead installation projects, including preparing material lists and overseeing installations to ensure quality standards.
• Prepared to work closely with an experienced apprentice, guiding and supervising them throughout the installation process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
