Responsibilities

• Travel to various job sites in the company vehicle
• Lead and participate in HVAC installations including package units, split systems, mini splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, ventilation, etc.
• Understand and follow blueprints and documentation.
• Adhere to and enforce safety procedures
• Communicate to the customer and company personnel efficiently
• Participate in training and be a “life learner” to better yourself and grow in your skills
• Organize and keep your company vehicle appropriately stocked for day-to-day work

• Hold an MD HVAC trade license (prefer Journeyman or Master License)
• CFC Certified
• Have a clean driving record
• Honest and hardworking
• Must have a stable work history
• Have the necessary hand tools for the trade
• Dress, drive, walk, and talk in a professional manner
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC Install experience
• Always think safety
• Be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50lbs, stoop, crawl, and navigate safely to access mechanical equipment on job sites
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
