We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Inventory Coordinator to manage our inventory operations efficiently. Your New Role
As an HVAC Inventory Coordinator, you will:
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of HVAC parts and equipment.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with the service and installation teams to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
- Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements in inventory management procedures.

Job requirements
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Proficient with operations and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
