Your New Role

As an HVAC Installer Helper based in Grand Junction, CO, you’ll:

• Assist lead installers with HVAC installation, maintenance, and light repairs

• Load and prep tools and materials for daily service calls

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

• Practice excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

• Show up every day ready to work, learn, and grow in the skilled trades

• Wear provided floor savers and maintain a clean, respectful presence in customers’ homes

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Participate in daily morning meetings and hands-on training exercises
