Your New Role

• Lead HVAC installation projects across Tampa, FL and the surrounding 50-mile radius

• Supervise your team and ensure every install meets high-quality standards

• Read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate day-to-day project tasks

• Work in commercial kitchens, restaurants, retail stores, and industrial environments

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while keeping your crew accountable

• Be the go-to for your team, clients, and foremen—your leadership sets the tone

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation work

• Proven experience supervising teams on job sites

• Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in varied environments including restaurants, retail, and industrial sites
