We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team in Dallas, TX. You’ll be responsible for full commercial HVAC system installations, including ductwork, equipment setup, and all related connections. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and an eye for detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Install complete HVAC systems in commercial buildings
Build and connect ductwork, curbs, piping, and electrical components
Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders with accuracy
Replace or repair system components as needed to ensure proper performance
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals

6 - 10 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation and repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Must hold a valid Apprentice or Journeyman license
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable working on construction sites and in commercial buildings
Participation in personality and culture-fit assessments may be required
