Your New Role

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations in New Orleans, LA 70119 and surrounding service areas

• Support lead technicians with installing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment

• Use basic mechanical knowledge while learning HVAC installation techniques and best practices

• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments as part of residential installation projects, including warm attic conditions during certain times of the year

• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites

• Assist with system setup, equipment preparation, and basic troubleshooting during installation projects

• Maintain organized work areas and help keep job sites safe and professional

• Help maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles used during installation work

• Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

• Some mechanical or hands on experience such as HVAC, construction, maintenance, or another skilled trade

• Interest in building a long term career in HVAC installation

• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential installation environments

• Ability to perform physically active work including lifting and moving equipment and materials

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced technicians

• Valid driver’s license

• EPA Certification is helpful but not required

• High school diploma or GED
