Your New Role:

• Lead residential installations, including Bryant equipment, ensuring your projects are a cut above in quality and precision.
• Juggle a diverse set of duties from residential changeouts, and masterful ductwork, to light commercial ventures and sleek mini-split installations.
• Train and empower your helper, transforming them under your guidance into an installation virtuoso.

• You've dominated as an HVAC lead installer for at least 1 year, with a total of 3 years in the trenches.
• You wield your tools for AC magic and boast an EPA Type II certification.
• You’re local to Austin, always reachable by cell, and ready to join a team that pushes the envelope.

• Experience: At least 1 year as a lead installer and a minimum of 3 years in the HVAC field.
• Availability: Ability to work weekends and long hours during peak seasons.
• Tools: Must possess the necessary tools for basic AC replacement.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Location: Must reside in the greater Austin area.
• Communication: Must have a working cell phone.
• Leadership: Able to manage and train a helper as needed.
• Professionalism: Must be professional and courteous to clients.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of inverter/communicating installation.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
