As one of the largest residential installers of ductless heat pumps in the Pacific Northwest, we’re looking for experienced HVAC professionals who are ready to excel.

Your New Role as an HVAC Installer:

• Installing heat pumps and related systems in residential settings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and NEC codes
• Running and managing job sites with expertise, including working in attics, under floors, and other tight spaces
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, performing necessary calculations, and using diagnostic equipment

• You lack an EPA Type II Certification or can’t pass a criminal background check

This Job Is for You If:

• You’re passionate about HVAC and want to make a difference
• You have at least 2 years of HVAC experience and expertise in heat pump installations
• You’re proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• You’re authorized to work in the U.S. and are a competent, organized team player

• 2+ years of HVAC experience, with expertise in heat pump installations
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and EPA Type II Certification
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Competent, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Authorization to work in the U.S and the ability to pass a background check
