Pay

• $22.00-$27.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment 
• Adapt to different installation parameters 
• Test out new installations on the job 
• Educate customers on how to use their new system 
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
• Assist and communicate with customers and the office
• Perform paperless dispatch/billing

• Honest, reliable, eager to learn, good communication skills, and willing to work 
• Drivers license and acceptable driving record
• 1-5+ years of relevant experience
• EPA certification type 2
• Able to commute to Indianapolis
• Pass the background check and drug screening
• Amenable to occasional emergency service on call
• Comfortable working with and on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
• Authorized to work in the US
