Your New Role
You’ll be serving residential customers across the Arizona Valley with a focus on the Greater Phoenix area. From Scottsdale to Chandler and beyond, you’ll install and replace HVAC systems that keep homes cool and energy-efficient, even during the most brutal summers.
Lead Installer: 3–5 years of experience. Take the lead on installs, coordinate job flow, and deliver excellence with every connection.
Installation Assistant/Helper: 1+ year of field experience. Learn and grow while supporting top-tier installs and developing hands-on expertise.

Job requirements
EPA Certification: Required for Lead Installer; preferred for Helpers.
Driver’s License: Valid license required; driving record subject to review.
Experience: 3–5 years for Leads, 1+ year for Helpers.
Tools: Must bring your own basic HVAC installation tools.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
