Your New Role

As an HVAC Installer in Akron, OH, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing HVAC systems with precision and following factory specifications

• Ensuring excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients

• Mentoring and supporting fellow HVAC Installers to uphold quality standards

• Attending training sessions and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer

• EPA Certification required

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
