• Experience: At least 1 year as a lead installer and a total of 3 years in the HVAC field.
• Location: Must reside in the greater Austin area.
• Certifications: EPA Type II certification; ability to register with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in inverter/communicating installations and basic AC replacements; must own necessary tools.
• Availability: Willingness to work weekends and longer hours during peak season.
• Professionalism: Committed to respectful client interactions; capable of mentoring a helper.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
