Pay
- $22.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC system installations based on contract specifications, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain a consistently professional attitude, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage actively as a cooperative team member, contributing to a collaborative work environment for mutual success.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and adhere diligently to established protocols for seamless operational coordination.
- Ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace, including regular upkeep of the work truck.
- Fulfill on-call duties by participating in a rotational schedule to deliver responsive service as required.
- Skillfully manage project transitions, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.
- Handle and maneuver heavy equipment and objects safely and confidently, integral to the role's responsibilities.
- Apply working knowledge of HVAC units, air filtration, ductwork, humidifiers, geothermal, and ductless systems.
- Stay informed about industry advancements to provide customers with economical and comfortable solutions; access in-house and professional training opportunities at Air Doctorx.

Job requirements
- 3+ Years of experience in the field as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting
- EPA Certification
- Basic Personal Hand Tools
- Reliable and Professional in Business and Customer Relations
- Excellent Verbal Skills and Energetic Personality
- Able to Work Independently and Follow Directions
- Ability to Install Various Types of HVAC Equipment
- Diagnose Problems with HVAC Equipment
- Knowledge of Geothermal Equipment
- NATE Certification and the successful completion of a 4-year HVAC course in Delaware - preferred
- Able to pass a background check and a drug test
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
