Your new role: At AZ Perfect Comfort, you will be responsible for retrofitting high-quality HVAC systems into existing homes. This role demands precision and creativity, akin to fitting a square peg into a round hole—daily. You'll be using your knack for spatial relations to ensure every install is snug, seamless, and superior.

• Proven Experience: 1-2+ years of HVAC experience, particularly in retrofitting, and installing Trane and Bosch equipment in various configurations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools, and good at spatial planning and execution.
• Electrical Expertise: Capable of working with high and low-voltage wiring of HVAC systems and proficient in attaching and sealing duct runs and plenums.
• Sheet Metal Skills: Experience with sheet metal work will set you apart.
• Character Counts: We value honesty, integrity, and respect for others.
• Certifications and Location: Must have a valid AZ Driver's License, pass a drug screen and background check, and be located in the North Phoenix metro area.
