Responsibilities
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory for the truck, maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies to facilitate smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service activities, including detailed documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and send properly documented invoices to customers, providing transparent and accurate billing information for services rendered, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Participate actively in company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and company policies, contributing to professional development and continuous improvement efforts.

Job requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- EPA Card certification
- Proficiency in sales and customer service, and enjoys working with people
- Able to be professional and on time
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
