Pay

  • $55,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
  • Performance-based Pay or Bonus of up to $50,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Perform repair and maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory for the truck, maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies to facilitate smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service activities, including detailed documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and send properly documented invoices to customers, providing transparent and accurate billing information for services rendered, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in company meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and company policies, contributing to professional development and continuous improvement efforts.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer  
  • EPA Card certification 
  • Proficiency in sales and customer service, and enjoys working with people 
  • Able to be professional and on time
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
