As an HVAC Installer, you will ensure optimal functioning of heating and air conditioning systems that cater to a diverse clientele. You'll tackle everything from routine maintenance to intricate installations, embodying our commitment to quality and service excellence in every task.

Responsibilities:

• Active Engagement: Climb ladders and maneuver equipment with agility to ensure optimal installation and maintenance.
• Physical Readiness: Perform heavy lifting (50-75 pounds), engage in ladder work, and navigate tight spaces to execute tasks efficiently.
• Tool Proficiency: Skillfully operate handheld power tools to perform repairs and installations with precision.
• Safety Compliance: Consistently wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Flexible Working Hours: Prepare to work more than the standard 40-hour week, including up to 12-hour shifts when necessary, to meet project deadlines and client needs.
• Regulatory Adherence: Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings as part of our commitment to maintain a trustworthy team.

• Able to climb up and down on ladders and equipment
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (HVAC construction or mechanical experience)
• Can perform heavy lifting required (50-75) pounds, ladder work, and tight space work required from time to time
• Ability to pick up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
• Able to operate handheld power tools
• Should wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
