Your New Role

• Install residential HVAC replacement systems throughout Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and surrounding communities.

• Handle complete residential heating and air conditioning system change outs from start to finish.

• Work toward completing most HVAC installations within a single workday.

• Keep customer homes protected with floor savers, drop cloths, and clean installation practices.

• Inspect completed HVAC installations and verify system details before wrapping up each job.

• Show homeowners how their new HVAC system operates and confirm customer satisfaction before leaving.

• Keep your company vehicle clean and organized.

• Follow company driving requirements and job site safety procedures.

• Complete required HVAC installation documentation accurately and on time.

• Maintain established production, workmanship, quality, and performance standards.

• Follow company policies, team expectations, and the Code of Ethics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of hands on residential HVAC installation experience.

• Experience with residential HVAC installations, equipment replacements, and system change outs.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to safely use HVAC installation equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

• Ability to regularly lift 50 to 75 pounds.

• Ability to perform HVAC installation work on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions.

• Willingness to work extended days of up to 12 hours when needed.

• Availability for weekend work when required during peak seasons.

• Commitment to safe work practices, quality HVAC installations, and customer satisfaction.

• Professional communication skills when working with homeowners and other team members.
