Your New Role

• Install complete residential HVAC systems

• Replace air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment

• Install, modify, and seal ductwork as required

• Perform equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and system verification

• Verify proper airflow and overall system performance

• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each installation

• Complete installation paperwork and required job documentation accurately

• 2 to 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Valid Texas Driver's License

• EPA Certification preferred

• Experience installing split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship
