Your New Role

• Install residential HVAC replacement systems in Oklahoma City, OK, and surrounding communities

• Complete full HVAC system change-outs from start to finish

• Perform most installations within a single workday

• Protect customer homes using floor savers, drop cloths, and clean work practices

• Inspect and verify all aspects of each installation before job completion

• Educate homeowners on system operation and ensure customer satisfaction before leaving

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

• Follow all job site and driving safety procedures

• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time

• Meet production, quality, and performance expectations

• Adhere to company policies, team standards, and Code of Ethics

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Reliable transportation

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

• Knowledge of HVAC installation, system replacements, and equipment change-outs

• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly

• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in confined spaces

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC installation equipment

• Willingness to work extended hours when needed, up to 12 hours per day

• Availability to work weekends during peak seasons when required

• Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction

• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
