Your New Role

• Lead and perform residential HVAC installations in Summerville, SC and surrounding service areas

• Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and complete HVAC systems

• Complete full system replacements and new installations with minimal supervision

• Ensure all installs meet manufacturer specifications and local HVAC codes

• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final performance adjustments

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Communicate with homeowners and team members throughout the project

• Accurately document work and close out jobs using FieldEdge software

• Handle tools, equipment, and company vehicle with care and professionalism

• 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA Certification required

• Experience completing full system installs independently or with minimal supervision

• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and technical documents

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
