Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installations including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in Rifle, CO and nearby areas

• Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications

• Oversee and mentor apprentices or junior installers on best practices

• Perform system startups and verify system performance

• Maintain organized and safe jobsites from start to finish

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operation and answer questions

• Coordinate with the install coordinator and warehouse team to keep projects running on schedule

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience, lead experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lead and manage a small install team

• Proficiency reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, airflow, ductwork, and system startup procedures

• Commitment to high-quality, code-compliant workmanship

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• EPA Certification preferred

• Experience with hydronic systems is a plus
