Your New Role

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be the go-to expert for residential system installations in Grand Junction, CO. You’ll handle everything from start to finish, installing systems the right way and helping train up the next generation of techs.

• Perform residential HVAC installations and retrofits

• Follow safety standards, building codes, and company quality guidelines

• Lead or assist with complex system replacements and upgrades

• Mentor apprentices and support them on job sites

• Keep job documentation clear and organized

• Represent the company with professionalism at every job

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC installation

• EPA Certification

• Ability to lead and train apprentice technicians

• Willingness to travel across various local job sites

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
