Pay

• $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience 
• Performance-based bonus

Responsibilities

Our Hiring Process

1. Fill out the simple application.
2. A recruiter will reach out promptly for a prescreening call.
3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager.
4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit.

• 3+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer 
• EPA Certification required 
• NATE Certification (a plus) 
• Ability to lead and train an apprentice 
• Ability to work in multiple locations
• Valid drivers license and Clean driving record 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
