Responsibilities
Exemplary HVAC Installation: Perform installation of HVAC equipment, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Retro Installations: Execute retrofit installations of HVAC systems, making necessary adjustments to upgrade and improve existing equipment.
Support Team: Offer high-level support and assistance to Service Technicians, Comfort Advisors, and apprentices as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Independent Judgment: Exercise independent judgment while following installation guidelines and processes, ensuring that installations are performed accurately and efficiently.
Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies during equipment installation.
Time Management: Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently, ensuring that installations are completed on schedule with minimal supervision.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and inspections on completed installations to verify that they meet quality and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including equipment specifications, work performed, and any issues encountered.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of installation tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring that customers' HVAC systems are fully operational.
Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers, addressing their questions or concerns and providing information about the installation process.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry advancements, installation techniques, and equipment specifications through ongoing training and education.

Job requirements
3+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer
EPA Certification required
NATE Certification (a plus)
Ability to lead and train an apprentice
Ability to work in multiple locations
Valid drivers license and Clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the United States
