Responsibilities

The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacturing specifications and company requirements. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can perform the following responsibilities:

• Drive to job sites to perform HVAC installations and repairs.
• Diagnose HVAC units to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Write up recommendations for repair or replacement, detailing the specific issues and the proposed solutions.
• Communicate with the home office to seek approval for repair or replacement, providing all relevant information and documentation.
• Once approval is obtained, proceed to repair or replace the existing HVAC unit in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Install new HVAC systems and components, ensuring proper wiring, ductwork, and insulation.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC units to maximize their lifespan and performance.

• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Able to work on residential units
• Valid driver's license and Clean driving record
• Must have no felonies
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
