Pay

  • $35.00-$45.00/hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in bidding projects/conducting job walks
  • Install equipment IAW project plans and scope of work
  • Oversee all aspects of project progression and execution to meet the costs, schedule, and performance goals
  • Install, troubleshoot, test, maintain, and restore HVAC and Refrigeration systems and equipment based on job specifications and local codes
  • Ensure safety compliance of all on-site personnel
  • Display a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
  • Participate actively in all training and weekly meetings
  • Promote a team atmosphere while on projects
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of and ability to read blueprints on HVAC and refrigeration
  • HVAC/R Technician (EL06A in Washington, LEB in Oregon) with EPA Universal Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems and their operational principles
  • Proficiency in working with sheet metal to construct field transitions and manipulate ducting
  • Strong ability in both verbal and written communication
  • Possession of a clean and safe driving record
  • Required experience in installing split systems
  • Required experience working on/installing VRV and VRF systems
  • Required experience in installing Package Units
  • Preferred experience of 10 years in the installation of commercial HVAC/R systems
  • Mandatory clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a clean background check
  • Satisfactory results from a clean drug screen
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
