We’ve been caring for homes across Davidson, Guilford, Forsyth, Randolph, Stokes, Alamance, Yadkin, and Davie counties for over 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Conducts impeccable HVAC installations, ensuring all components are installed correctly and efficiently.
• Demonstrates craftsmanship in HVAC work, going beyond basic trade skills to deliver high-quality results.
• Maintains open and effective communication with customers, discussing and confirming work details before initiating any tasks.
• Takes customer feedback and concerns seriously, addressing them promptly and effectively.
• Strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service and exceeding expectations.
• Performs thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• Provides detailed explanations to customers regarding the completed HVAC installation, highlighting the benefits and features of the system.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and assistance as needed.
• Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of HVAC installation projects.

Our Hiring Process

3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager
4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit

• 1-2 years of HVAC Installation experience required 
• Possess strong communication skills and technical competence
• Fluent in English (reading/writing)
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a solid driving record
• Capable of working in confined spaces and being able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, perform fine manipulation, and use hands frequently throughout the shift
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
