Your New Role

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Southampton, Pennsylvania

• Complete HVAC replacements and new equipment installations

• Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems

• Modify and fabricate ductwork to ensure proper system performance

• Perform startup testing and verify proper equipment operation

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and company installation standards

• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

• Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical components, and ductwork

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and outdoor environments

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong communication and customer service skills
