Your New Role

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Southampton, PA

• Complete full HVAC system replacements and new equipment installations

• Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and related HVAC components

• Fabricate and modify ductwork as needed

• Perform HVAC startup testing and system verification

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Ensure all HVAC installations meet local code requirements and company quality standards

• Complete accurate installation paperwork and job documentation

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide effective field solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices, electrical components, refrigerant systems, and ductwork

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and safety standards

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
