Your New Role

• Work based out of Southampton, Pennsylvania, serving customers within a 20 mile radius

• Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, and ventilation equipment

• Perform system start up, testing, and basic balancing to ensure proper performance

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Complete accurate installation documentation

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members

• Follow safety standards and local HVAC codes

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential or light commercial settings

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, electrical components, refrigerant systems, and ductwork

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

• Solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, basements, and outdoor conditions

• Strong customer service and communication skills
