Your New Role

Join our field team as an HVAC Installation Technician working within a 35-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN. You’ll be responsible for:

• Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, components, and ductwork

• Diagnosing and resolving installation-related issues

• Operating a range of hand and power tools on-site

• Preparing, cleaning, and securing job locations before and after installations

• Respectfully handling customer property and protecting company assets (tools, vehicle)

• 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

• Must hold a valid EPA Type 2 certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and HVAC fundamentals test
