Pay

• $25.00-$45.00/hour base pay (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Never sell anything to a customer that they don't need or want
• Replace heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and commercial settings, ensuring proper installation and functionality
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Use specialized tools and equipment to install, test, and maintain HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
• Assist in the training and development of apprentices
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to schedule installations, communicate progress, and resolve issues
• Follow established safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe work environment and minimize risks to self and others
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all installations, repairs, and service calls
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction

• EPA and OSHA30 Certifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional HVAC experience is preferred
• Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs 
• Must be comfortable getting in crawl spaces or up onto roofs as needed
• Active Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Clean background check and drug testing
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
