Salary

•  $15.00-$20.00/hour Base Pay

Responsibilities:

• Install unitary and ductless HVAC equipment in commercial and residential settings.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions for accurate installation.
• Properly size and install ductwork for new construction projects in both commercial and residential environments.
• Assist lead installers by providing necessary support and following their guidance during installation and repair tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure the proper disposal of old equipment and materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including equipment installation and maintenance details.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

• Valid Driver's License
• Must pass a background check (no felonies)
• Willing to work and to learn
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Able to commute daily to Jasper, IN
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
