As an HVAC Inside Sales Representative with Hamilton Mechanical, you’ll be the voice of our trusted brand, serving as the first point of contact for customers across Manhattan, NJ, and surrounding areas. You’ll guide prospective clients through their HVAC options, deliver personalized support, and help drive revenue by converting leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Lead Management
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, build rapport, and understand customer needs
Organize and prioritize sales leads (new and existing) for outreach and follow-up
Guide prospective clients through HVAC system options, upgrades, and timelines
Prepare and follow up on tailored proposals in coordination with the Sales Manager
Assist in quote generation and related sales operations processes
Close deals by clearly communicating long-term value and system quality
Membership Sales
Call current members to schedule maintenance and upsell where applicable
Reach out to expiring members to drive renewals
Organize and pursue outreach to non-members for new membership sales
Service Sales Support
Assist with inbound service calls when CSRs are unavailable
Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure high-quality customer experience
Cross-Functional Learning & Support
Shadow the Sales Manager and supporting departments (permitting, planning, warehouse) to build cross-functional fluency
Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
HVAC or home services industry experience preferred
Strong communication skills and consultative sales style
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven
