Your New Role

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installation projects in Harahan, LA

• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment

• Assist with installing HVAC systems, ductwork, and mini-split systems

• Help perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Safely transport materials and equipment between jobs

• Learn HVAC troubleshooting and installation techniques through hands-on experience

• Follow company safety procedures and EPA guidelines

• Deliver professional customer service while representing the company positively

• 3+ years of HVAC experience is preferred, but not required

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade

• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job site environments

• Ability to follow directions and work effectively with experienced technicians

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• EPA Certification is a plus or willingness to obtain employer-sponsored certification
