Your New Role:
As the HVAC Foreman, you’ll be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and directing sheet metal journeymen, apprentices, and helpers.
• Maintaining a safe job site, conducting weekly safety meetings and audits.
• Interfacing professionally with customers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating project needs with the Project Manager.
• Pre-planning job sequences and managing material deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with Mechanical Inspection Codes and scheduling necessary inspections.
• Fostering a respectful, competent, and team-oriented work environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Completed and tested out of apprenticeship program or like experience.
• Minimum 8,000 hours of HVAC sheet metal journeyman employment history (3 documented projects with lead journeyman experience).
• Ability to lift/move 80-100 pounds several times daily. Must be able to work outdoors in hot or below-freezing temperatures.
• Must be able to work from ladders and scaffolds. Must have good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, working overhead, and lifting.
• Exposed to a moderate noise environment (zero tolerance for unsafe work practices).
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
