Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Schedule HVAC service appointments and manage the daily dispatch board
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and minimal drive time
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal team members
Handle scheduling changes and service updates throughout the day
Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
Learn service areas, zip codes, and routing to improve scheduling efficiency
Maintain accurate records and keep operations organized

Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
