Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Manage all aspects of customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction from initial contact through service completion.
• Efficient Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate and optimize service schedules and technician dispatches to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supportive Technician Interaction: Provide essential support to technicians, from issuing purchase orders to managing equipment needs.
• Proactive Billing and Administrative Support: Handle billing and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience as a Dispatcher: At least 1 year experience as a Dispatcher, preferably within an HVAC company.
• Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience in roles that require exceptional customer service and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Workflow Management: Skilled in scheduling, dispatch operations, and using software systems for efficient workflow.
• Billing and Administrative Skills: Experienced in billing procedures and capable of providing comprehensive administrative support.
• Legal Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
