Pay: $50,000–$75,000 annually, plus 10% commission on new memberships or upgrades

As our HVAC Dispatcher, you’ll be the central hub that keeps technicians, customers, and operations aligned. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate service calls, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our values.
Dispatch & Scheduling
Assign and monitor technician routes for maximum efficiency
Manage appointments and service requests in ServiceTitan
Track technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
Customer Coordination
Answer inbound calls and support customers with scheduling, pricing, and service details
Provide clear updates and follow-ups to ensure a positive experience
Oversee invoicing and maintain accurate records
Membership Sales & Support
Promote and renew customer memberships
Schedule seasonal maintenance visits
Support service teams with customer follow-ups
Operational Support
Identify workflow improvements and propose solutions
Support technicians in using tools, apps, and systems effectively
1+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC/home services preferred)
Strong communication, organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan or similar software a plus)
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or further education a plus
Knowledge of HVAC, solar, or sustainable energy is a bonus but not required
Valid driver’s license
