Your New Role

As an HVAC Customer Service Specialist in Hickory, NC, you’ll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly while making sure customers have the best experience possible. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, field technicians, and our customers.

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy

  • Provide clear details on pricing, scheduling, and service updates

  • Manage invoicing and build long-term customer relationships

Scheduling and Dispatch

  • Organize technician schedules and daily routes for efficiency

  • Use ServiceTitan to manage customer data and service history

  • Track GPS and workflow to keep jobs on schedule

Membership Support

  • Offer and manage membership renewals and seasonal service appointments

  • Follow up with existing members to maintain strong relationships

Operational Support

  • Identify ways to streamline processes and improve daily operations

  • Help technicians adopt new systems and tools to boost their performance

Job requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using software and handling multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated with a record of achieving results

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations, or home services setting

  • Experience in HVAC, solar, or energy services is a plus
