As the HVAC Customer Service Specialist, you’ll support seamless operations while delivering exceptional service experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Provide accurate pricing, scheduling details, and follow-ups.
Oversee invoicing and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate and assign technician routes for maximum efficiency.
Manage customer information and service records using ServiceTitan.
Monitor workflow compliance and GPS tracking for accuracy.
Promote and sell new memberships or renewals.
Schedule seasonal service visits and follow up with current members.
Pinpoint areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
Coach technicians on new tools and systems to boost performance.

Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-driven with a proven track record of hitting goals.
Valid driver’s license.
Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing, operational, or home services roles.
HVAC, solar, or clean energy experience is a big plus!
