As an HVAC Customer Service Specialist in Hickory, NC, you’ll play a key role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly while making sure customers have the best experience possible. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, field technicians, and our customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
Provide clear details on pricing, scheduling, and service updates
Manage invoicing and build long-term customer relationships
Organize technician schedules and daily routes for efficiency
Use ServiceTitan to manage customer data and service history
Track GPS and workflow to keep jobs on schedule
Offer and manage membership renewals and seasonal service appointments
Follow up with existing members to maintain strong relationships
Identify ways to streamline processes and improve daily operations
Help technicians adopt new systems and tools to boost their performance

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using software and handling multiple tasks
Self-motivated with a record of achieving results
Valid driver’s license
Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations, or home services setting
Experience in HVAC, solar, or energy services is a plus
