Compensation: Earn $40k–$70k annually, plus 10% commission on new memberships or upgrades.

Cutting-Edge Work: Tackle a variety of high-impact projects, from geothermal systems to gas and oil furnace installs.
As the HVAC Customer Service Specialist, you’ll support seamless operations while delivering exceptional service experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Customer Support:
Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Provide accurate pricing, scheduling details, and follow-ups.
Oversee invoicing and maintain strong customer relationships.
Scheduling and Dispatch:
Coordinate and assign technician routes for maximum efficiency.
Manage customer information and service records using ServiceTitan.
Monitor workflow compliance and GPS tracking for accuracy.
Membership Sales:
Promote and sell new memberships or renewals.
Schedule seasonal service visits and follow up with current members.
Process Optimization:
Pinpoint areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
Coach technicians on new tools and systems to boost performance.

Valid driver’s license.
Associate’s degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing, operational, or home services roles.
HVAC, solar, or sustainable energy experience is a big plus!
