Responsibilities

  • Install and configure HVAC control systems, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC control systems, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Program and reprogram HVAC control systems to meet specific requirements and optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC control systems and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal operation.
  • Calibrate sensors and other components of HVAC control systems for accurate readings and efficient energy utilization.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC control systems to verify proper installation and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all HVAC control system activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the controls field or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
  • Tridium AX and or N4 certification would be a plus (required if no experience in HVAC)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving history (last 3 years)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history)
  • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Must be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
