R.S. Andrews is an established commercial and residential air conditioning and plumbing company in the Bluffton area. We have been in business for almost 50 years, proudly servicing the low country and surrounding counties.

RS Andrews is currently seeking COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIANS for our Bluffton, SC Office to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus Pay
Commission Pay (UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!!!)
Sign-on Bonus starting at $3,000.00 (based on experience)

HVAC Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial air conditioning equipment and associated controls
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle a physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Job requirements

Here is what we are looking for:

5+ years of prior HVAC experience
About 5 Years of Commercial Experience Preferred
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
