Your New Role

• Create accurate, competitive bids for commercial HVAC and mechanical projects in Denver, CO

• Analyze mechanical plans, specifications, and job site conditions

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure pricing, equipment quotes, and rebates

• Forecast labor, material costs, and revenue projections

• Track, manage, and follow up on bids and change orders

• Support pre-construction planning and value engineering efforts

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams for seamless project handoffs

• Contribute to estimating $3M or more in annual revenue

• 7 or more years of estimating experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting

• Proven ability to estimate and manage $3M or more in annual project revenue

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and construction processes

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills

• CPE or CCE certification is a plus
